About C.Y.M.
Catholic Youth Ministry (C.Y.M.) Sports seeks to gather young people for athletic competition so that Gospel values may be witnessed. The mission of C.Y.M. Sports is to evangelize through athletics. It invites parishes to make the most of the opportunities athletic competition provides for the faithful to minister with, by, and for our young people. When doing so, our C.Y.M. Sports keeps youth connected with the Church and helps them see the Eucharist being lived out in the lives of adults. Click here for more information on this program from the Diocese.

What is involved in being a player on one of our Basketball team?
We ask each player to commit themselves to seven Youth Ministry or Diocesan Youth Ministry events during the season. The can include Lifeteen Nights, Social trips or service opportunities. You decide which activities you want to commit too....Its that simple! Some examples of service opportunities include:

  • KoC free throw competition (Annual event)
  • Lighthouse Food Bank
  • Make a difference day (October)
